Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Increlon Affiliate Marketing Partner Program (the "Program") operated by Intulon LLC under the Increlon Affiliate brand. The Program lets freelancers, agencies, and consultants ("Partners") refer Shopify merchants to Increlon Affiliate Marketing and earn commissions.

By registering for, or participating in, the Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

• Participation requires registration and approval by us; we may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any Partner at our discretion.
• You must provide accurate identity, contact, and payout information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for complying with Shopify's terms, applicable law, and any obligations you owe to the merchants you work with.

• Each referral code is single-use and is assigned the commission and discount terms of the Partner's assigned program at the time a merchant redeems it.
• A Partner earns a commission calculated as a percentage of the amounts Increlon actually bills the referred merchant, for the number of months (or the tiered schedule) defined by the Partner's program, starting when the code is redeemed.
• Commissions accrue only while the referred merchant remains an active, billed customer, and are only payable once approved. No commission is earned on amounts that are refunded, reversed, uncollected, or not billed.

The Program rewards the referral of new, independent merchants. It is not a mechanism to earn commissions on stores you operate or control.

• A Partner may not earn commissions on any store where the Partner (or any of its owners, employees, or affiliates) is listed as a staff member, staff account, or collaborator in the Shopify backend of that store.
• A Partner may not earn commissions on the Partner's own store(s), or on stores the Partner owns, controls, or administers.
• A Partner may not apply its own referral code to a store solely to obtain commissions or discounts without a genuine, arm's-length referral or engagement with that merchant.
• Creating stores, accounts, or engagements primarily to generate Program rewards is prohibited.

• Approved, payable commissions are paid via the payout method you configure (for example PayPal or Wise). You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive.
• We may withhold, delay, or offset payouts we reasonably believe are associated with fraud, self-referral, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.

Intulon LLC may withhold, reverse, or reclaim commissions (including already-paid amounts) that were earned in violation of these terms — including commissions earned on stores where the Partner is a staff member or collaborator, or through other prohibited self-referrals — or that are tied to refunded, reversed, or fraudulent activity.

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate a Partner's participation, and disable outstanding referral codes, for violations of these terms, suspected fraud or self-dealing, or where reasonably necessary for legal or operational reasons.

Sections relating to prohibited self-referrals, reversal and clawback, and liability survive termination.

Intulon LLC may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with the revised effective date. Continued participation after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
